Questions coaches actually ask
- What does an “active team” mean?
- Create as many teams as you like. An active team is one with the collaboration features switched on — roster, coaches, invites, schedule, announcements and chat. Your plan sets how many can be active at once, and you can move a team out of active and back without losing anything.
- What happens when the 10-day trial ends?
- You drop to Free. The play designer keeps working forever and every playbook, formation and play you drew stays yours. The Matchup Workspace, wrist cards and team management close until you upgrade.
- Do assistant coaches cost extra?
- No. Roster and staff are unlimited on every paid plan. Invite your whole staff and every parent — you're paying for the team, not the seats.
- What if I coach two teams in different seasons?
- One Coach plan covers you. Move the finished team out of active, activate the new one, and nothing is deleted either way.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your billing settings. You keep access for the rest of the period you already paid for, and your data stays put.
